Retrofit floors

Polishing & repair the old mosaic floor for residences & concrete floor for industrial shop floors is one of our core competencies along with grinding and polishing of new slab of new projects.

Old mosaic floors are polished using specialized chemicals & scrubbers to achieve a high gloss finish & applied a stain protection sealer.

In case of old worn out industrial concrete floors or poorly cured concrete floors are retrofitted & re-strengthened using micro-concrete & specially formulated high strength grouts & after the course of grinding, polishing & densification made into a hygienic dust free floor.

Polishing of Exposed Concrete Walls

Polishing of exposed concrete walls require the use of several hand tools with a variety of pads and applicators. The process also takes a bit more time, patience and attention to detail but is possible in most instances.

Most of the times and especially when the concrete is not in the best condition to apply polish, we use an overlay that can be used create a thin layer of new concrete to be worked and finished, much like the floor.

Microtopping

Microtpping is an architectural concrete skim coat which is applied on areas of significance such as reception area, living rooms, retail stores, restaurant floors & walls, hotel lobby, stairs etc.
It is ideally suited for interior pedestrian surfaces.

It can be applied on vertical & horizontal surfaces @ a thickness of 3 MM. It provides a seamless, dense, satin finish, slip resistance surface which is innovative, rustic and classic in design.

It is a hand trowelled applied material which is available in standard colors & finishes. It can be applied to concrete as well as tiled surfaces. It comprises of two base coats & two top coats finished by a sealer coat.
